Back on yer Bike to Birgham

We meet at Borders Ice Rink, Kelso then set off for Birgham, take a left turn up towards Eccles, then back via Ednam. It’s a fairly short ride, just over 20k, and well being going at a slower pace, it’s the first Kelso Breezers Ride of the year, so we just want to take it easy.

This is going to be a short easy ride to get you back out on your bike after all the cold wet winter weather.

We will cycle along the main road to Birgham, but it’s early on Sunday so shouldn’t be busy then we’ll come back on quiet roads to the Ice Rink.

We will stop at junctions to make sure nobody gets left behind, have a drink, blow your nose etc. we can all get refreshments back at the ice rink cafe.

We expect everyone to wear a helmet, wear appropriate clothing for the weather and bring a spare inner tube. Bring a bottle of water.
