A mix of canal towpath, river cycle paths,old railway track and road.

A longer than usual ride out to Church Broughton. Canal, river, cycle paths and road.

Three quarters will be traffic free. Hopefully quiet roads!

Stopping at Church Broughton. Toilet stops when needed.

I always advise wearing a cycle helmet. Spare inner tube and tools to fit your bike. Drinks and snacks for the ride, money/cards to buy some if necessary. Suitable clothing for the weather on the day.
