This Flying Colours Cycling Social ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

Catch up and check out the Autumn Colours in Hyde Park and Remembrance Day.

The ride takes us to the Royal Parks & quiet ways of Hackney (Victoria Park & Columbia Road market), Islington and through to Hyde Park. Return on CS3/2 along the river Thames Embankment. There will be a stop at halfway point to enjoy the Park scenery & coffee.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair. Bike lock just incase we stop somewhere for a coffee and cake.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels.
