Starting point

WV5 8DW

Wombourne Railway Station Car Park Bratch Lane

This ride will be challenging as Bridgnorth nests on the River Severn so sometimes you have to ride downhill, meaning there will be uphill sections too!   However at this time of year the lanes and countryside will be a blaze of colours. The route will be mainly on minor roads and lanes BUT there will be short sections on A roads in and out of Bridgnorth itself. There are plenty of eateries to choose from in Bridgnorth depending on whether riders just want a 'cake stop' or something more substantial, or both. The ride best suits road bikes and hybrids. Cyclists need to be comfortable riding a distance of 30 miles covering some challenging ups and downs. The estimated average speed being 10 - 11 mph. Please arrive at the start for 9.45 for a briefing and bike check.  Estimated return time 2.30 - 3.00pm. Do bring appropriate clothing for the weather conditions at this time of year and a spare inner tube just in case. When booking please provide a mobile number and emergency contact number. Please call me if you want further details about the ride: 07905068818 Leah Don’t forget…. Breeze  are on a mission to spread the word about their rides, and need your help. If you introduce one friend who goes on to take part in a Breeze ride, you’ll receive a Breeze water bottle, introduce a second friend, you’ll be the proud owner of one of their swish Breeze Buffs, and introduce a third friend and Breeze will send you £15 of Love2Shop vouchers.
