Autumn Breeze to Aldridge

UPDATE: Ladies I am sorry to say this ride is cancelled due to the heavy downpours we have experieinced over the past couple of days. The ride was to take place along the canal towpath and I have tried to ride it this evening. It is very muddy,boggy and at times very narrow.So on safety grounds I think it is unwise to proceed. I will post this ride again over the next couple of weeks.  Apologies for any inconvienience caused   UPDATE: LADIES WE ARE DUE SOME SEVERE WEATHER OVER THE WEEKEND. I WILL BE THERE ON TUESDAY BUT IF IT IS VERY WET - I WILL EITHER CANCEL OR ALTER THE ROUTE TO TAKE CONDITIONS INTO ACCOUNT. Autumn is here so let's enjoy the great outdoors before its too cold Come along and see what Chasewater Country Park has to offer. We will meet outside the Innovation Centre and take a gentle, sociable ride along designated cycle routes and down the canal towpaths to Aldridge. The ride is suited to beginners but all are welcome. Bring some pocket money and enjoy a nice coffee, cake and chat at the end of the ride. It’s a great way to meet new people and get active at the same time. The ride is approx 12 miles round trip and traffic-free. There is plenty of free car parking available. Helmets are strongly recommended but not compulsory.
