This is a monthly Breeze ride to promote cycling fitness and confidence in women who have some experience of riding on roads as well as cycling UP and DOWN Hills The routes will be varied but centre around Darley Dale. August Amble - Breeze from Whitworth - Cafe Stop 11.5 miles at Lea Gardens https://www.strava.com/routes/3022462 Cycling helmets are advised:- Ensure your bicycle is in good working order:- Please bring with you water bottle, spare inner tube, waterproof and Emergency snack:-) New comers are always welcome and at the top of hills, bottom of descents, junctions, we will re group so no one is left behind.
