Starting from - The Willow Centre, Willowcroft Way, Round House Park, Cringleford, Norwich. From Thickthorn roundabout A11 - head towards Norwich A11, left at first roundabout signposted hospital. Then Right at next roundabout into Dragonfly Lane - follow this over mini-roundabout towards school, turn right before school to Willow Centre. NR4 7JJ

The Willow Centre, Willowcroft Way, Round House Park, Cringleford, Norwich. From Thickthorn roundabout A11 - head towards Norwich A11, left at first roundabout signposted hospital. Then Right at next roundabout into Dragonfly Lane - follow this over mini-roundabout towards school, turn right before school to Willow Centre.

Led by a qualified cycling coach, A lovely ride mostly off road. Heading towards Waitrose in Eaton, we discover the riverside track to the UEA lake, then explore the tracks in Earlham Woods before return down Colney Lane.
