Starting from - The Willow Centre, Willowcroft Way, Round House Park, Cringleford, Norwich. From Thickthorn roundabout A11 - head towards Norwich A11, left at first roundabout signposted hospital. Then Right at next roundabout into Dragonfly Lane - follow this over mini-roundabout towards school, turn right before school to Willow Centre. NR4 7JJ

The Willow Centre, Willowcroft Way, Round House Park, Cringleford, Norwich. From Thickthorn roundabout A11 - head towards Norwich A11, left at first roundabout signposted hospital. Then Right at next roundabout into Dragonfly Lane - follow this over mini-roundabout towards school, turn right before school to Willow Centre.

Led by a qualified cycling coach, A lovely ride on quiet roads and cycle paths, through Marston Lane and Lakenham Way to the city. Passing through the old hospital site Novice we visit Eaton Park for a cafe stop, returning to Cringleford via UEA lake & Earlham wood tracks.riders & families especially welcome, and experienced riders please come along & help out.
