Most of the route in traffic free on gravel paths, with a couple of miles on a single track. Also using road through the towns.
We are passing through Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst so lots of opportunities to stop for drinks and food.
Please wear a helmet and everything you need to repair a puncture. Also bring a drink and snacks if you need them.
