RH17 7DE

RH17 7DE Cat Protection Centre Car Park

A slightly challenging hilly ride of just under 30 miles. Some fast descending hills will require a certain amount of confidence and having gone down you will need some power and stamina to get back up!! The group is small in order to maintain a steady pace although no one will be left behind! The route skirts the forest and heads towards Lewes before making a loop back north to the forest. We will meet at the National Cat Adoption Centre in Ashdown Forest where there is a large car park and toilets as well as a tea room. There are several options for a café stop but most likely it'll be at a pop up café and art gallery in Barcombe. Please check your bike before you leave home and ensure the tyres are pumped up, the gears & brakes are working and the chain is oiled. Please bring a spare tube, puncture repair kit and a pump. Bring water and a snack. Please wear a helmet. If you have any questions about this ride please text Halina 07961402114 or email [email protected]
