This is a nice and flat loop around the Isle of Dogs – perfect for beginners, first-timers and everyone who has not been on a bike for a while but is keen to give it a go! All ages, shapes and sizes are very welcome!

We will start in Island Gardens, just outside the Greenwich foot tunnel entrance, and go along the riverside towards Blackwall, along Poplar High Street, and back on the riverside path near Canary Wharf, followed by an optional coffee (and cake) stop at one of the cafes on Isle of Dogs. The route is mainly on riverside pathways so traffic free with a couple of short rides on roads with cycle lanes and is suitable for all types of bikes.

We will go for an hour or so, or at a pace that suits everyone.
