Join us on this ride to Middleton to check out the brilliant Leeds Urban Bike Park, where we'll enjoy a cuppa and cake in the cafe whilst spectating riders on the bike tracks! The route is a combination of canal towpath, city centre cycleways, off-road trail and also includes some short on-road sections in Leeds City Centre and Beeston.

The Bike Park is at the top of a steady climb up through Middleton Park woods but we'll take it slowly, get off and push if necessary and no-one gets left behind - then it's mostly all downhill coming back!

Bring a puncture repair kit (or spare inner tube) just in case and some money for the tea stop. Dress for the weather on the day.
