Armley Mills to Apperley Bridge on Canal, 'Breeze Through Winter' Ride

Nice easy ride from Armley Mills to Apperley Bridge Marina, off-road the whole way, along the canal towpath so mostly flat (apart from a couple of locks!).

Ideal for those wishing to build confidence and go a bit further on a level, traffic-free route at a pace that matches all riders abilities - no-one gets left behind! There will be ample opportunity for admiring the beautiful scenery and getting to know your fellow riders along the way.

Bring a puncture repair kit or spare inner tube (just in case), money for a cuppa and dress for the weather. We will stop at the Marina cafe for refreshments, before retracing our path back to Armley.
