This is a nice short ride of 6 miles which is largely flat. We set out from the café and pass St Marks church before turning onto Hollins Lane at Grandsires Green. From Hollins Lane, we go along Pools Platt Lane, Moss Side Lane and Reed Lane. After carefully crossing the A559, running along Well Lane and back on Wheatsheaf Lane, we cross the main road again at the Antrobus Arms, going back to the Village Hall along Knutsford Road.

A nice short ride of 6 miles which is largely flat.

This is a short route on quiet roads designed for people new to or returning to cycling!

We will ride at an easy pace of about 10mph, and make sure that no one is left behind. There will be short stops along the route. At the end of the ride, we can have home-made and well-earned refreshments at the Antrobus Village Tea Room!

You'll need a road worthy bike. Helmets are strongly recommended. We also recommend you bring a pump and a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit. You might want to bring a lock as well. Please bring your own drinks and snacks, if required.
