A ride of about 48 miles from the Leigh Arms and up Acton Bridge Hill over to Delamere for a quick stop. We then make our way up to Hawarden before dropping down to a well earned lunch at Chocks Away. We return by a very similar route. The ride is on a mixture of cycle paths, quiet country lanes, and some busier roads.
We will ride at an easy pace of about 10mph with short stops along the route, and make sure that no one is left behind.
You'll need a road worthy bike. Helmets are strongly recommended. We also recommend you bring a pump, spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and a lock. Please bring money for coffee breaks and lunch or your own drinks and snacks, if required.
