This is a nice short ride of 8.8 miles which is largely flat and takes us past the Antrobus Airstrip, through the Arley Estate and back via the Great Budworth Ice Cream Farm – though we won’t be stopping….. We set out from the café and go along Barbers Lane past the chapel all the way until we get to the Arley straight. We then take Reedgate Lane, past the airstrips and join Caldwells Gate Lane before heading into Arley and through the park to Budworth Road. Turning onto Westage Lane and Heath Lane, past the ice cream farm, up to Knutsford Road for our return to the Village Hall.

A nice short ride of 8.8 miles which is largely flat.

This is a short route on quiet roads designed for people new to or returning to cycling! We will ride at an easy pace of about 10mph, and make sure that no one is left behind.

There will be short stops along the route. At the end of the ride, we can have home-made and well-earned refreshments at the Antrobus Village Tea Room!

You'll need a road worthy bike. Helmets are strongly recommended. We also recommend you bring a pump and a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit. You might want to bring a lock as well. Please bring your own drinks and snacks, if required or money for the tea room refreshments.
