Anglers Country Park (Steady Cycle Ride)

The Wakefield District Cycling Forum would like to invite you to our "Steady" cycle ride from Anglers Country Park. This event takes place every second Saturday in the month and is approximately 18 miles and lasting around 2 to 3 hours. It's at a steady pace, but you will need to be fairly confident on your bike for this cycle ride. The pace is set by our steadiest rider. The one thing you will find is that we are a warm and friendly group and we make all newcomers welcome. We use traffic free routes and some quiet roads. Most rides are best suited to Hybrid or Mountain Bikes. A limited number of bikes are available to borrow.
