Well hello there! It's great to be back!

A nice flat, relaxed ride away from the traffic to get us all back into the swing of things, travelling at a pace of no more than 9mph average speed.

We will meet at the car park next to Camau Back Nursery in Aberystwyth (Boulevard St Brieuc).

This ride is suitable for hybrid bikes/mountain bikes. Others do take road bikes along here, but I wouldn't take mine so I don't advise it.
