About the route
Meet at Cross Hands Cinema car park just before 10.30am. We'll be heading left and immediate right following the new bypass up towards Cefneithin. Onto Llandeilo Road towards Ffairfach, Llandeilo turning right towards Llandybie. Through the village to Ammanford- heading home via Penybanc, Capel Hendre, Blacklion Road, Gorslas onto Cross Hands.
There are some steady climbs on the way home, nothing you haven't cycled before.
Please bring enough fluid and food to sustain yourself for approximately 2 hours of cycling.
