Starting from Amersham, we will cycle on mainly quiet county roads to Woodoaks Farm in Maple Cross where the Tour De Ricky and Spokes Cyclist Gathering is taking place. So, if you are not taking part in the Tour De Ricky, come and join us for a Breeze ride to Woodoaks Farm. There is so much going on there this year. At 1.00pm, Spokes are organising a mass photo shoot which we will be part of.
The team from Watford Cycle Hub will be on hand to take a look at your bikes and talk about training and skills. Freewheel and Ridgeback Kids will be demonstrating the latest kit and bikes - which you can buy through Watford Cycle Hub - and there are a number of local fitness organisations running taster sessions. It could be the day when you discover inner yogic bliss, get hooked on Nordic walking or find an activity that could change your life. Spokes SW Herts will have an information stand as will Sustrans. We will spend a bit of time there, get some refreshments and look at the stalls.
Before you come out (preferably the day before) check that your bike is in good working order.
