Almondell and Calderwood Country Park

The route will be out to Kirkliston and through Newbridge to the park. After lunch, we'll head up to East Calder, Kirknewton, Heriot Watt campus and back along the canal. This will be a leisurely paced ride.

A little cycle out west to Almondell and Calderwood Country Park

We'll cycle on mostly tarred roads, but there may be the odd stretch on rough paths.

We'll stop at the park for a picnic (not supplied!).

Bring a picnic, a spare innertube (or two), tools for your wheel removal and lights.
