About the route
Starting point
In Allonby on the main road - B5300, the free carpark opposite the Baywatch Hotel / Westend Stores where they sell Twentyman's ice-cream.
North from Allonby up through Silloth along the coast road (we may have a lunchtime cafe stop in Silloth somewhere) , then back via an inland route. Not too fast, but on nice easy flat roads. The roads are pretty good, and pretty quiet. All bikes are suitable as no rough tracks.
