Car park off Oak Lane, Catton Park

Heading west from Catton Park to join Marriotts Way briefly until heading for Ringland Hills. After the hills, the Wensum is recrossed at Attlebridge before heading into Cawston and the All Things Nice cafe. Returning the direct route through Frettenham and Spixworth.
