This ride is perfect if you have done a bit of cycling before and now want to build up or maintain your fitness levels. It is fairly flat all the way round and we will mainly be on roads with cycle lanes, riding at a steady pace of 11 to 12 mph. Starting from All Saints Park on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre, we will ride out to Carrington, passing through Fallowfield, Northenden and Sale. We'll aim to cycle non-stop all the way round. If needed, we can have a short rest / toilet break in either Urmston or at the Trafford Centre, before we head back into Manchester via Trafford Park and Salford Quays. As this is an evening ride, make sure your lights are working and dress to be seen.
