This is gentle ride for women looking to build their fitness and go a little further. We'll explore the local area and the route will be on and off road. Ideally you'll need a helmet please don't worry if you don't have one, come along and if you enjoy it you can look to buy one then. Please bring water and a snack to keep you going. You might also like to bring some money just in case we stop for coffee or ice cream. We'll always ride at the pace of the slowest ride so no one is left behind.
