Fat Lad At The Back, in collaboration with the Commute Cafe - Ilkley - ALL ABILITIES FLAB social ride - Sunday 22nd October.
Ey Up Lads and Lasses! If you are new or returning to cycling and fancy a short and steady paced social ride out to the Cavendish Pavilion - Bolton Abbey we have just the ride for you. The ride is 12.6 miles in total and we will stop for cake and coffee along the way in true FLAB style!
Meet at the Commute Cafe on Leeds Road in Ilkley (LS29 8DS) from 9:00am where we enjoy pre ride coffee and banter - leaving at 09:30am prompt.

Please bring helmets, water, basic bike repair kit and suitable clothing for Yorkshire weather! No-one gets left behind and we ride at the pace of the slowest, waiting at the top of hills etc. A true social experience with great cake and coffee at Bolton Abbey.
