This is a relaxed urban cycle route along mostly quiet roads from the cafe in Alexandra Park to Media City and back again (with a stop for a drink at media city! - bring your own or bring some monies to buy beverages while we are there). Please note while most of the roads are fairly quiet we will encounter some traffic on route. Newbies welcome!
