Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

This is a 28 mile road ride at a FAST pace and is only suitable for road bikes. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PHONES EMAIL AND FACEBOOK ETC BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME AS I MAY CANCEL THE RIDE IF THE WEATHER ISN'T GREAT. Don't forget suitable clothing, drinks and snacks, spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump (and any medication you may require).
