Adel church to weardley, almscliffe crag, to poole, up creskled land, bramhope and =back. Off in bramhope

Meet at Canal at Kirkstall. Head down into Leeds along the canal. The across Leeds to the Aire and Calder to St Aidans bird sanctuary. Might get a bit lost on the way but we shall see if I can recall the route with the help of OS maps. Should be about 2.5hrs of cycling.

Bring snacks _ I am not sure if the cafe at the Bird Sanctuary is still open.Hopefully the toilets will be.
