Meet at St Johns church adel in the lay by, then down to get to 5 lanes end, down to Weardley, via A65to Weston, Huby and Almscliffe crag. Down to Stainburn, Leathley and Utley, up Creskeld Lane and back to Adel. Possible coffee in Bramhope.

It is quite hilly but always an option to walk.
