About the route
Starting at the Sorbells Sports Centre (near Aberdare Train Station) down the Cynon Trail onto the Taff Trail to Cardiff Bay. Lunch option at a pub in Cardiff Bay then either Train back or ride.
Ride duration and mileage will be doubled if riding back.
Trains leave Cardiff Bay at 13:30, 15:30 and 17:30 one change at Queen Street (15 minutes later if departing from Queen Street)
