From Tregaron, route will be A485 to Tyncelyn, then head up the B4577 through Penuwch, Cross Inn and onto Aberarth, where we will turn left and join the cycle path to Aberaeron.
In Aberaeron, we will stop for food and drink.
The return journey will take us to Ciliau Aeron, Felinfach, Llwyn-y-Groes and Llanio, joining the A485 back to Tregaron.
This is a challenging route, so please only sign up if you're able to. Any steep climbs can be walked, but everyone will cycle at their own pace and regroup at the top of climbs.
Please wear a helmet and bright clothing that is visible.
In Aberaeron, we will stop for food and drink.
