Quiet country lanes and cycle paths wherever possible.

Cafe stop at approximately half way for coffee and cake or even a bacon bap perhaps.

Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube. Plenty of mechanical help available. Cash is always a good idea in the event the card machines aren’t working!!
