This ride is suitable for most riders who have a reasonable level of bike fitness and are confident using their gears. We use mainly quiet, country lanes with a few busier roads. Some of the lanes can be pot holed, gravely and muddy in places but with care we always find a good route around these sections.

Plenty of opportunity to stop on route to catch your breath, have a drink and enjoy the views. We hope to finish with well-earned refreshments at the end of the ride.

Please bring a well-maintained bicycle, wear a helmet, gloves and appropriate clothing for the weather. Remember to carry a drink, a spare tube, puncture repair kit, lock, lights and pump if you have them and bring some money for refreshments. A mask may be useful if you'd like to visit the cafe.

We laugh, we cycle and never leave anyone behind!
