Heading west out of Cockermouth to Brigham onto Broughton Cross then down to Greysouthern and Eaglesfield before looping back into Brigham & Cockermouth. Short & sweet, we leave no one behind.
Once out of Cockermouth we are on either the cycle path or quiet back roads.
Veeva cafe at the end.
Helmets are essential, a spare inner tube useful, comfortable clothing – a waterproof if wet, some water & a snack are advisable. Money for cake & coffee afterwards a good idea!
