This is a predominately on road ride and riders must be confident riding in traffic. We will head out of Gosforth toward Stannington and around to kirkley for a coffee break. Returning via Ponteland. Please make sure your bike is in working condition. before the start of the ride and bring a spare inner tube to fit your tyres and/or a puncture repair kit. The leaders can assist with a puncture. but only if you have the correct size inner tube with you.
Helmets are advisable.
Expect to be out for 3-3.5hrs
