The Route Goes via Whalley, Great Mitton, climbing up to Cowark to descend to the Slaidburn road, crossing this to ascend around Easington fell to Tosside. Going around Easington fell avoids the very steep ascent out of Slaidburn. From Tosside is a descent to Grunsagill, then Gisburn. There is a short distance on the Burnley Road out of Gisburn before turning off to Rimington, Downham, Worston and Barrow, returning to Whalley and Billington.

A circular route around the Ribble Valley with mid ride cafe stop

Mostly on quiet roads and cycle lanes. One short section of the Burnley Road out of Gisburn. Quite hilly.

Lunch stop at the Old Vicarage Tea Rooms at Tosside.

Helmets are always advisable, but not compulsory. Cash is required for the cafe stop as The Old Vicarage Tea Room ONLY TAKES CASH. A mask my be required at the cafe stop.
