Asda, Nature Reserve, Weetslade, Seaton Burn, Stanningon, Cheese farm. We'll stop for 40 minutes or so at the Cafe and return via Dinnington, Hazelrigg, Great Park and Gosforth

Please let me know if you’d prefer to join the ride at the Nature Reserve at 9:41 or Weetslade at 10:01.

Although most of the ride is on wagonways and cycle/shared paths, there will be some stretches of road. Remember that it's winter/spring/summer/autumn and there will be mud!

Please be prepared to fix any mechanical issues you may have, and especially punctures (a spare inner tube is *much* better than a repair kit). That said, there will be plenty of help if you do have issues.
