A flatish steady ride along roads and cycle lanes down through Lamesley, Lady park and Dunston along to Scotswood bridge and along the North side. Across the millennium bridge back to Dunston Staithes, Teams and Lamesley.
There will be a cafe/toilet stop or bring your own snack.
