A Loop from The Old Railway Garden Centre, Three Cocks, finishing with Coffee and Cake in the Tea Room

We’ll take the undulating back road towards Velindre and Talgarth and then we have a steady climb to the top of a hill overlooking the river Wye and beyond. Next we drop down to Llyswen and afterwards head towards Glasbury before we return to the Garden Centre.

If you are free and fancy getting out on your bike for some fresh air, fun and non-competitive exercise, join us on a fabulous Breeze bicycle ride, starting and finishing in The Old Railway Garden Centre, Three Cocks https://oldrailwaylinegc.co.uk (Max. 8 participants). It will be a circular route, using mainly quiet country lanes, with one steepish hill. This ride will be led at a relaxed, social pace, with no one being left behind. A ride suitable for beginners. All adult women are welcome.

Plenty of opportunity to stop on-route to catch your breath, have a drink and enjoy the views. After the ride, we’ll warm ourselves up in the Garden Centre tea-room, with a coffee and a slice of cake.

Please bring a well-maintained bicycle, wear a helmet, gloves and appropriate clothing for the weather. A flashing red light for both the rear of your bike. Remember to carry a drink, a spare tube, puncture repair kit, lock and pump. Some money for refreshments.
