About the route
A very hilly challenging 50 mile ride for confident road cyclists.
Leaving the Tredegar Arms Pub car park at 10am, please park in the area or cycle in as we don't have permission to use the car park.
The route will be along main roads lanes and over the mountain so please be bright and bring plenty of water and snacks.
The pace will be in the region of 12mph rolling average over the length of the ride. It's very hilly so your flat pace is going to be around 18mph
Please wear a cycle helmet, bright clothing and bring a working rear light
