Starting from - Please meet by 9.15am in Leintwardine by the green which is opposite the Lion Hotel. We will have our usual pre-ride checks and start ride for 9.30am. Please allow enough time to find parking if you are driving in, there are usually spaces quite near to our meet up point. SY7 0JZ

Please dress to suit the weather and for your own comfort on your bike so that you can enjoy the outdoors cycling and chatting!
Please bring a well maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres, front and rear lights are good If you have them, some water for yourself and money/card for the cafe stop.
A cycling helmet is recommended for all adults.
