Ulverston Ramble

Starting out from Glaxo Sports and Social Club on North Lonsdale Road, we will head back towards Ulverston and then visit the South Lakeland villages of High Carley, Great and Little Urswick, Mascalles and cycle past the Candle Factory in Lindal. A short section on the main road and then the quieter lanes through Loppergarth and Pennington. A quick loop in Ulverston (over the cobbles) and then the mostly traffic free route along Ulverston Canal. A well-earned stop at Canal Foot for a hot coffee (please bring some change) and a very short cycle back to our starting point.
