7 mile easy beginners ride from Gainsborough

This is an ‘out and back’ route making use of quieter roads, level terrain and cycle paths where possible. There will be no pressure to ride quickly. The pace will be set to be comfortable for all riders and we will make stops along the way whenever required. The ride is suitable for all types of bikes and all types of riders irrespective of age, fitness or riding experience. If you can sit on your bike, turn the pedals and make it move along the road, you will be able to manage this ride. The goal of the ride is to get you on your bike, gently turning the pedals and for you to have some fun.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied throughout by a parent/guardian.

All riders are encouraged to wear a safety helmet.

Please bring with you wet weather clothing in case it rains, a spare inner tube with a pump and tools necessary to deal with a flat tyre should you pick up a puncture and, if you wish, a drink to have along the way.
