6 Villages and 1 Town

Let’s do it, combine the villages and town we cycle often though but rarely all together in one go.
Very beautiful parts of Dartmoor through cycle paths and country lanes.
Starting in Coypool park and ride on the NCN 27 traffic free toward Clearbrook Yelverton and stopping in Tavistock for our refreshment stop. Refreshed we shall start our climb through Whitchurch heading to hackworthy Bridge up to Walkhampton making our way up to Dousland and a loop around Burrator Reservoir. We might stop for a Photo or 2 before continuing to our last village Meavy and back to clearbrook on the plym trail to our start at coypool and that’s about covers it. The rout is about 40 miles we shall try to keep to 10-11mph average so about 4H cycling plus the refreshment stop
IMPORTANT, Please note: For safety reasons all participants will be expected to wear a helmet.
There will always be a section large or small where we will be cycling on roads so riders must be confident cycling with traffic.
The usual applies:* Helmet. *Inner tube EVEN IF YOU RUNNING TUBLESS *lights *fully checked and working bike
*pennies for refreshment *snacks * appropriate clothing for the weather.
