6 mile loop

We will meet outside the Library in London Road car park (Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. If this is your first ride with me you will be required to fill out a form). We will then head to the London Road entrance/exit and turn right towards Beamond Cross. We will then turn left and cycle on to Victoria Street and straight up to Hardy's Farm shop in Farndon (there is a busy roundabout before we get in to Farndon which links the A46 so please let me know if you are not comfortable with this and we can go on the under pass). Once we are at Hardy's farm shop we will turn left and follow the road to Hawton Village. Once at Hawton Village we will turn left again to follow the road back to the library via Hawton Road and Albert Street (there is another roundabout at the end of Hawton Road but is only small and we are going straight across it) and then left at the traffic lights on to London Road. This is a flat route (except 1 bridge which goes over the new A46) and is designed to build confidence and fitness. We will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider. Please make sure that your bike is road worthy and you have any relevant maintenance tools with you. I am not insured to make any adjustments to your bike. Please make sure you bring lights as part of the route is not lit up. I can't allow you to ride if you don't have lights.Although not mandatory, please wear a helmet and reflective gear if possible.
