Heading east from Moulton Community Centre, The Reedings, NN3 7AX, we will pass Lt. & Gt. Harrowden, Finedon, Irthlingborough and the Addingtons to Woodford. This is the most easterly point. We now make our way south-west via Twywell and on to Cranford for our rest, and lunch at the Old Forge Café. After lunch we will return to Moulton via Burton Latimer, Isham,Orlingbury and Hannington.

Nearly all minor roads. A couple of A-road bits, but these are in 30-m.p.h. areas and there is a cycle track along the A6 from Finedon to Irthlingborough.
