Tokyngton Recreation Ground

Not cycled for a while and looking for an easy way to get back in the saddle? Fancy a fun way to get your friends or kids riding? Our Easygoing rides are great for building confidence for all abilities and ages along relaxed, mostly traffic-free routes. They’re up to six miles long, with a gentle pace of around six miles an hour. Come and join us for a cycle ride in a green oasis with excellent views of Wembley Stadium and the nearby Ace Café. This route has some twist, turns and small slops to help building confidence along relaxed traffic-free paths.  Within Tokyngton Recreation Ground is a wildlife area which provides some great things to see along the way, the River Brent runs down the middle with 3 small bridges crossing the river where the ride takes its name!  Also within the park is The Ace Cafe, it's a notable venue in motorcycle culture which originally operated from 1938. It became popular with Rockers in the 1950’s and 1960’s, and has also been used as a location for Films, TV programs and documentary’s.
