This is week 6 of the series of 6 'COUCH TO 20 MILES so will will be 20 miles with a couple of inclines, but nothing too hard. We head out of the rugby club up Yapham Rd turning left at Yapham Mill past Yapham Cricket Club . Here we turn left and right don Feoffee Lane towards Stamford Bridge. A left takes us on to The Cattons and into Stamford Bridge. Here we turn left at the church and retrace our 'wheels back to Pock. YOU'VE DONE IT -WELL DONE 20 MILES AND YOU ARE NOW A POCK & BARMBY BELLE! CONGRATULATIONS

These rides are for NEWBIES or those who have not been out on the bike for a long time. We start at just 5 miles and gradually increase the distance each week to 20 miles on week 6. This is week 1 so will be about 5 miles. We always go at the pace of the slowest rider and never leave anyone behind

We will mainly on quiet country lanes

Helmets are essential -no helmet no ride! Please carry a pump & spare inner tube to fit your bike. Please always wear HIGH VIS/BRIGHT COLOUR and have lights. Water bottle and layer up to keep warm & wear a windproof/waterproof jacket.
