A ride of about 40 miles from Antrobus Team Room down through Northwich, Lostock Green and Lach Dennis towards Goostrey and tea at the Pastimes of Goostrey , passiong Jodrell Bank. Then a new trail to take us to lunch at Barnshaw Smithy before returning via Mobberley, Knutsford and Budworth Mere. The ride is on a mixture of cycle paths, quiet country lanes, and some busier roads.

We will ride at an easy pace of about 10mph with short stops along the route, and make sure that no one is left behind.

You'll need a road worthy bike. Helmets are strongly recommended. We also recommend you bring a pump, spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and a lock. Please bring money for coffee breaks and lunch or your own drinks and snacks, if required.
